SalsaTàrtara. Flank Steak with Potatoes
Ingredients:
4 cloves garlic 1 small jar of pickles (120 g)
1 small jar of capers (50 g)
1 medium onion chopped 2 hard boiled eggs 1 jar of mayonnaise
500 grams
1 teaspoon mustard 1 / 2 teaspoon salt.
Preparation: Finely chop
garlic, gherkins, capers and onion. Drain well. Cut eggs into small pieces and mix with remaining ingredients.
