Ingredients:

1 cup shredded cooked chicken
1 / 4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing 1 tsp mustard

2 tablespoons grated carrot
2 tablespoons finely chopped cucumber
Juice of 1 /
2 lemon Salt and pepper to taste.

Preparation:

Place chicken in a bowl and add mayonnaise or salad dressing, mustard, carrots, cucumbers, lemon juice, salt and pepper and mix well.
