Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter 400 grams of sausage, cocktail type, about 5 cm. of
long and 1 cm in diameter, 25 to 30 salchcichitas
2 tablespoons sugar 4 tablespoons ketchup.
Preparation:
1 .- In a heavy skillet, put the butter warm.
2 .- Add the sausage over medium heat, fry for about 8 minutes or until they begin to brown, stir frequently with a wooden spoon so it does not break.
3 .- Finally, Sprinkle with sugar and add tomato sauce and cook until caramelized sauce. Serve immediately.
