Chicken Salad Yogurt Cake.
Ingredients: plain yogurt
1 3 measures of flour yogurt cup
2 cup measures of sugar yogurt
2 cup of yogurt measures
oil 1 teaspoon baking powder 3 eggs
The lemon zest.
Preparation:
1 .- Beat 3 whole eggs
2 .- Carefully add the sugar and mix well
3 .- Then the yogurt gradually until everything is homogenous
4 .- Add the flour, lemon zest and oil, stir well
5 .- Finally, add baking powder
6 .- Grease and flour a baking sheet and pour the mixture
7 .- Heat oven to 350 ° C. and simmer for an hour.
