Silverado Ls7 For Sale

with Plums.

Ingredients:

1 kilo pork loin into very thin steaks

2 apples 1 cup white wine 1 medium onion

10 prunes

1 clove garlic, vegetable oil.

Preparation:

The day before the plums must be put to soak. The day of preparation begins frying pork fillets. Once this is done in the same oil, fry the onion and garlic. Then add the plums (pitted previously) and chopped apples. They cook a few minutes and add the pork. After placing the glass of white wine and a little water and cook. The timing depends on thickness of fillets. Once cooked, remove the pork and the sauce melts. Then added back to the filleted.
