Cilantro Chutney. Pig
Ingredients:
75 grams
cilantro leaves 4 garlic cloves 3 tablespoons
grated coconut 2 green chillies (hot peppers)
2 or 3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 / 2 teaspoon salt
1 pinch of sugar.
Preparation: 1 .- Pique
cilantro sprigs and delete the roots and lower stems. 2 .- Bata
cilantro and remaining ingredients in a blender until a smooth paste.
3 .- Serve with chips. Recipe
